At Aureliah Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality hair products that help you feel confident and radiant. Because of the nature of our products, and to maintain hygiene standards, all sales are considered final once shipped. However, we understand that issues may arise and are here to assist where possible.
🔄 Returns
Due to health and safety protocols, we do not accept physical returns on used or opened hair products. If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

If approved, you may be eligible for a store credit or replacement.

We may request that the item be returned to a designated facility if applicable.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
